Check In & Check Out

There is no reception desk at our property. We operate a self-check in system with key less entry. You will be given a 6 digit access code after confirmation of your booking.

Terms & Conditions

• The lead guest must be 21 years or over when you book your accommodation. Your booking is made as a consumer and you acknowledge that no liability can be accepted for any losses suffered or incurred by you.
• Guests will be required to provide a copy of their identification (passport/driving licence/ID) prior to arrival. Failure to provide this may result in cancellation of this booking without refund.
• We reserve the right to charge and not limited to £500 to cover any damages and/or loss. The penalty charges will be deducted from your credit card or deposit within 14 days after check out.

Charges are applicable if the following provisions are not met:

• No damage is done to the property.
• No items are broken or missing.
• No illegal activity and strictly no parties or gatherings. Guests found to be hosting parties, loud music and causing a disturbance will be asked to leave.
• All rubbish is placed in bins or bin liners provided.
• Footwear has been removed and flooring unmarked.
• No linens are lost or damaged.
• The apartment must be locked and secured upon check out. All windows, and doors are your responsibility. Please make sure they are securely locked.
• If the Police are called to the house for any disturbance then you forfeit your deposit.

• You may arrive at your accommodation after 2pm and before 10pm (unless a prior arrangement has been made) on the start day of your booking. Check out is before 11am on the last day (unless a prior arrangement for a late check out has been made). If you wish to park your car before 2pm on the day of your arrival or after 11am on the day of check out this must be confirmed prior. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. We like to be accommodating to your needs and where we can we are able to offer a late check-out. For a late check-out we offer this until 2pm at an additional charge of £50. Once this has been confirmed we will issue a receipt and deduct this from your damage deposit. If you require an earlier check-in, this is subject to availability and where we can, we will try our best to accommodate.
• A maximum of 3 people are permitted to stay. If the number of people permitted to occupy the house is exceeded (which would be in breach of Health and Safety Regulations) we reserve the right to ask excess occupants to vacate the property.
• We expect the apartment to be left in a reasonable state on departure. If, at our discretion, additional cleaning is required on departure, the cost of this cleaning will be charged as an additional charge.
• Please be mindful of our neighbours. We ask for you to keep your noise to a minimum and respect our quiet hours between the hours 8:00pm and 8:00am. Guests who don’t adhere to this or are found to be causing noise or a disturbance will be asked to leave.

House Rules

• The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Guests found to be smoking or there is evidence of this, a fine of £500 will be charged for specialist cleaning.
• No parties. Guests found to be hosting a party or there is evidence of this, a fine of £500 will be charged for additional cleaning.
